Cousin fest '08

We are so excited that we got to spend time with all Marissa's cousins, and the rest of the family yesterday. Not only were Garin, Eric, and Angela in from out of town, brand new baby Abby came for a visit too. All five second cousins got to see each other. (those pictures are on G-pop's camera)

Aidan also got to see the dogs. Maxie, Buddy, and Kubodta enjoyed the taste of Aidan. (I really should have wiped him better after dinner) Aidan kept saying "DOG" really clearly. He wanted to get down and roll around on the floor with them. We can't wait for puppy Brutus.

Today I poured some corn meal into a Rubbermaid and let Aidan play on the deck. I think he misses the beach. He sat in the container. It was both cute and pathetic. He needs a sandbox. However, he thinks sand in for eating so maybe next year. He ate alot of corn meal and then stuck his whole face in the 'sand'. Funny baby!

Happy Birthday Abigail Leigh

Aidan's cousin Abby Leigh was born the morning of the 19th. (She's really his second cousin or something)

We are so excited for Stacey, Dan, and Andie. Happy Birthday little one!

On the road

We've been back from Vacation for nearly a week and I am just now looking at all the pictures we took. (Georgia took 400+) We had so much fun and can't wait to go back! Aidan did great in the car both ways. He loved the beach, the pool, the deck, and the attention. While on vacation he learned to give 'high fives', thumbs up, and blow raspberries. He is really excited about the latter- he's been trying for months.

Aidan is happy to be home. He missed his kitties. Mao keeps knocking him over and loving him. We are back in our routine now. We had such fun visiting with everyone at the Beach house. Thanks for making it such a great time!

We have had a busy few weeks. Trips to Pymatuning, Lake George, and our last swim class of the year. Aidan has also been learning new tricks. He covers his mouth when he laughs (*no idea* who taugh him that) and he climbs onto the coffee table, and recliner. He love to dance on the table. Very silly boy. We have had fun outside chasing Dad while he mows we even saw a bird!

Last weekend we went to Columbus to see Ben preform in "Working". Aidan loved the hotle room-- it had a sink. Ben did a great job and we even went to Graeters!!!! This week we garage saled! We found a slide, picnic table, wagon, and basketball hoop! Aidan thinks the slide is pretty cool. We spent sunday with the Clutter's. Hiking, swiming in the hot tub and showing off our new tricks. We took Aidan to Sears for his one year pictures. Grammie Clutter likes to get portraits to chart Aidan's growth. He was a little unsure at first then he fell in love with the strobe light. He kept pointing at it and walking toward it. Very cute. We got some great pictures. Guess my favorite.
